Spiral Reiki with John

In person · 15 to 30 minutes · £30

John is a Level 2 Reiki practitioner who works in his own way. Instead of the usual two-handed placement, he rests his left hand on the head or on the area calling for attention, while his right hand moves in a full 360° circle above the body. When both hands need to rest on you, the circular motion comes from his head instead.

The spiral sequence

Each session follows a four-part sequence:

• R L L R
• L R R L
• L R R L
• R L L R

If further movement is needed, John reverses the polarities and works through the same sequence again, echoing the spirals carved into Newgrange and the Pictish stones.
